Riverside Medical Center, a MAGNET®-recognized hospital, partners with the Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program to help newly licensed nurses turn potential into purpose. Over 12 months, participants gain real-world experience, grow through mentorship, and build lasting connections in a supportive, hands-on learning environment.

Our evidence-based curriculum empowers you to:
